Every four years, billions of people around the world tune in to the World Cup. Not missing our own chance (we’re a TV-less house), my roommate and our friend Brady rode up to a great little dive on the edge of Deep Ellum called The Elbow Room to catch the match.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I had an opportunity while I was in the Northeast a few months ago to travel with Sleeperstar for a few dates, documenting some of their live shows, and shooting some quick promos of them the coast of Delaware.

The purpose of that shoot was to give them media to promote their CD release show, which happened on June 25 at Trees here in Dallas, as well as photos for the actual CD artwork. The CD officially released June 29, 2010.

My really good friend, photographer, and Sleeperstar drummer Shaun Menary put together the artwork for the CD while we were on the road, I think, the day after the shoot. Below is the final product with some of my photos (See the full shoot here).
